Homemade Thanksgiving!

This year, as roommates, a unanimous decision was made to hold a Homemade Thanksgiving dinner in honor of all of our friends. It was a great year to pick especially since a lot of our friends will be graduating and it will be their last Thanksgiving as a college student with all of their friends! So Abby, Cassie, and I painstakingly thought out every detail, went grocery shopping, and made all of the foods in order to make our dinner happen.

We had originally decided that we would provide the turkey and desserts and that every one else would bring a side item. Well, we ended up making a lot more and that's a good thing becuase nobody but Lindsey and Jarrod (below) brought anything! Oh! Ryan brought ice and drinks and Jake brought a dessert. But out of the twenty that came..MOST didn't bring anything!

A list of what we had includes:
green beans
hashbrown casserole
chicken
broccoli casserole
corn pudding
macaroni and cheese
rolls
homemade mashed potatoes
country ham
stuffing
monkey bread
pecan pie
apple crisp

So after all the food was eaten and everybodies bellies were happy, there was time to goof off! We brought out the four pound weight watchers hoola-hoop, played some board games, and played the guitar! The roomies posed for a few shots together as well!

All in all, it was a really fun night! Here is group shot of MOST that came!
